Because we deliver digital goods that are immediately accessible and cannot be physically returned, our refund policy differs from traditional retail stores. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Rule for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital license keys and downloadable software, all sales are considered final once the product key has been delivered to you via email or WhatsApp. Once a digital key has been revealed, it is tied to the purchaser and cannot be restocked or resold. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds for digital keys that have already been dispatched.

2. When We Will Issue a Replacement or Refund

We stand behind the quality and authenticity of our products. You are eligible for a prompt replacement key or a full refund under the following specific conditions:

  • Invalid or Defective Key: If the license key provided fails to activate the respective software or is proven to be invalid at the time of initial activation.

  • Non-Delivery: If you have not received your product key within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation, and our support team is unable to fulfill the order.

  • Duplicate Order: If you accidentally place and pay for the exact same order twice, provided you contact us before the second key is dispatched.

Note: To claim a replacement or refund for an invalid key, you must report the issue to our support team within 3 days of receiving the product.

3. When We Will NOT Issue a Refund

To protect our business from fraud and abuse, we cannot issue refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: You simply changed your mind after the key was delivered.

  • Incorrect Purchase: You purchased the wrong product or the wrong version (e.g., buying Windows 11 Pro when your system only supports Windows 10 Home).

  • Hardware/Software Incompatibility: Your computer, server, or hosting environment does not meet the minimum requirements to run the software or WordPress plugin/theme.

  • Lack of Technical Knowledge: You do not know how to use the software. (While we offer basic activation support, we cannot teach you how to use complex software or design websites).

  • Key Already Activated: You successfully activated the key but later uninstalled the software, formatted your PC without backing up the license, or lost access to your device.

4. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

If you experience an issue with your license key that falls under our eligible conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team immediately via email or WhatsApp.

  2. Provide your Order Number and the Email Address used during checkout.

  3. Provide clear, unedited screenshots or a short screen recording showing the error message you receive when attempting to activate the key.

Our technical team will review the error and verify the key’s status with the original developer or Microsoft servers. If the key is confirmed to be defective, we will issue a replacement within 24 hours. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
